12. Billing and Subscription Terms
a. General
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Users may cancel auto-renewal by removing their payment method or switching to the free Starter plan.
b. Payment Processing
All payments for subscription plans are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
c. Plan Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan during your billing cycle: The new plan becomes active immediately. The remaining value of the previous plan is credited toward the new plan. The billing date resets to the new payment date. No automatic refunds are issued; refund requests are handled manually at our discretion via support.
d. Plan Downgrades
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan: The current (higher) plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle. The lower-tier plan takes effect after that. Users can cancel the downgrade before the new plan activates. No refunds are issued for downgrades.
e. API Calls and Template Limits
API call limits and template quotas are defined on our pricing page. When switching from one paid plan to another, limits reset according to the new plan. Templates are retained on paid plans as long as the subscription is active. On the free Starter plan, saved templates are deleted monthly.
f. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are billed manually and may include custom pricing, support, SLAs, and onboarding. Invoicing may be handled via Stripe or third-party services.
g. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for monitoring their billing cycle, payment due dates, and plan status. Notifications may be sent via email but are not guaranteed.
